It’s so important not to neglect your recovery sessions as these are JUST as important as your workouts. Recovery allows for improved performance, reduces muscle soreness, and prevents injury.

This is my current foam rolling routine that I incorporate into my weekly recovery sessions. 🙌
⠀⠀⠀⠀
✅ Upper Back - 30 sec
✅ Chest Opener - 30 sec
✅ Calves - 60 sec (30 per side)
✅ Hamstrings - 60 sec (30 per side)
✅ Glutes - 60 sec (30 per side)
✅ Hips - 60 sec (30 per side)
