体験したことのない冷たいつぶつぶ食感♡

■材料
・タピオカ…100g
・フードカラー…適量
・アガー…5g
・砂糖…15g
・水…350ml
.
■ Ingredients
・Tapioca...100g
・Food coloring: appropriate amount
・Agar...5g
・Sugar...15g
・Water...350ml
.
■手順
1. タピオカは袋記載通りに茹でる。
2. 3つに分けてフードカラーで色付けをする。
3. 鍋にアガー、砂糖を入れて混ぜ、水を少しずつ入れながら混ぜ合わせる。
4. 軽く沸騰させて粗熱を取る。
5. 注射器にタピオカとアガー液（4）を入れて、食品用ゴムに注入し、冷蔵庫で2時間冷やし固めて完成です。

■ Steps:
1. Boil the tapioca according to the instructions.
2. Divide into 3 portions and color with food coloring.
3. Add agar and sugar to the pan and mix, then add water little by little and mix.
4. Lightly boil and remove from heat.
5. Put tapioca and agar liquid in a syringe, pour it into a rubber container (to use for food), and cool it in the refrigerator for 2 hours to solidify.
