As a young lady my life goal was to help people, I wanted to become a psychiatrist to fix broken people because I was subjected to relentless bullying growing up for being a tall lanky geek. I had this innate love inside of me to make the world a better place and found fascination in studying psychology, philosophy and sociology. I studied business and excelled in English which led me into journalism, media and motivational speaking. I was cast into the limelight at the age of 18 when I was talent spotted by MTV to model for them - before the internet and social media was a thing. I realised my hard work and positive efforts hardly scratched the surface for people that I could help, yet in a bikini saying the exact same words I made such an incredible impact on people across the world - they came for my pictures and stayed for my mind. After overcoming illness and heartache I turned to fitness to rebuild my body mind and soul, qualified as a personal trainer, nutritionist and specialise in plant based transitioning. I’ve also taken courses in mindfulness, mental health and Buddhism. My primary goal growing up was to fix broken people, my goal now is to PREVENT unnecessary suffering and to save good souls BEFORE they are broken and to pick them up and rebuild themselves if they have been wronged.
