Rest 2 min between sets
✅5 sets
Seated military press
Set 1: 15 light reps
Set 2: 12 reps with 3 sec negative
Set 3: 12 reps with 3 sec negative
Set 4: 3 reps + 10 sec hold at 90 degree x3 (9 reps + 30 sec hold total)
Set 5: 10 tempo reps (5sec down/ 5 sec up) directly into 15 light reps
Do each set one time only
