We changed flight plans, travel plans, staff, and schedule details more times than I can count. We got multiple Covid tests to make sure we were safe for the girls and the host gym, Gymnastics Revolution, was SO helpful in making sure we were able to have a safe and fun event. They even rearranged the gym to create an eviornment that supports social distancing!! • As nervous as I was for this event, I'm SO glad I trusted myself, my staff, and the gym to pull it off. I've received more emails, DM's and tags from gymnasts & parents than any event in the past! I think it's SO clear that these gymnasts missed community. I've missed community!! • We gave a group award for the first time ever bc group 5 LIT IT UP! They were passionate, enthusiastic and most importantly, supportive of all the little kids at #BQBC. They were true leaders. They reminded me that no matter what is going on in our world, we can still show up, give 100%, and set a good example for others.
