Worked out today for the first time in what feels like AWHILE... (realistically, it was like 10 days, but that's a long break for me)!

It was really hard. Jumping back on the bandwagon is never fun, but I feel so much better bc I ripped the band-aid off.

During this crazy time, I feel like I need to remember what makes me feel good and mentally sound and for me, that's definitely staying consistent with workouts.

So, today was a little mental note to myself, to move more often even if it's just a quick workout. I know my sanity will appreciate me later. 🤪
