If you are asking "how can I JUST get defined abs without changing any other part of my body?", then what you are basically asking is: "how can I spot reduce?".   Spot reduction is the idea that you can train one specific part of your body and lose fat or weight in that area. This is not possible ladies. You can't spot reduce or lose fat in specific areas of your body.  Because you cannot lose fat from JUST your abdominal area (or spot reduce), to build defined abs you will need to lose fat from your whole body. The best way to do this is to stick to a workout routine that targets your full body (like one of my BBG programs), eat a healthy and balanced diet, drink lots of water, and get enough rest.   You can definitely STRENGTHEN specific parts of your body (like your abs and core) by doing targeted exercises, so I would recommend adding one of my ab workouts into your weekly routine to build those muscles!  Lastly, I just want to say that while it's great to set health and fitness goals for yourself, I do not recommend aiming to look like anyone else or comparing yourself to others.
