WHERE DID IT GO?! • It's hard to imagine earlier this year we were living our normal lives, working, traveling, and hanging with friends and family. • This year has been extremely hard for sooo many people (me included). This year has tested us and divided us and really flipped our world upside down. • I've had many conversations with friends about when this will all "end" and what parts of this new normal will be adopted into everylife for years to come... and I think the answer is that no one realy knows and tbh, that's the scary thing. • Uncertainty is scary. A worldwide pandemic is scary. The idea of quarantine is scary!! • So, as one of my podcast guests (Dr. Parham) recently reminded me, "I invite you to consider that not all of this year has been bad. We've had more time to reflect and connect with what and who really matters." • As we're heading into this last month of the craziest year, let's try to remember the good things that have happened this year and all of the things you're thankful for. Idk about you, but as ANNOYING as all the everchanging rules are, I have so much more to be thankful for.
