1. You can do this flat on the ground! At the bottom of your bridge kick your leg out
2. You can do a bodyweight squat with a pulse or a jump squat with a pulse!
3. The beginner alternative here would be a squat with a single leg lift. Hold for 2-3 seconds
4. Here you will again be flat on the ground. Do a pulse lunge and then step back into a long step lunge.
