Giulia says: "There is more than just weight loss ✨ Left: me with the constant goal of losing weight, unhappy with how I looked. Right: me with the constant goal of being stronger, having fun, get my post-workout endorphins in and improve my performance, happy with how I look and embracing change. When I started to work out, it was to have a body in which I could feel confident. The fact is that, just after few workouts, I started to feel that not only I was changing physically, but also mentally. I became stronger, faster, more confident and happier. The “YOU CAN DO IT” I was saying to myself became “I DID IT!” and I couldn’t be more grateful to the girl on the left to just stick to it, show up for herself and trust the process."
