Life is unpredictable and I also miss sessions if I can't make it work — but I don't give up. You won't lose progress from missing one week but you will lose progress if you give up altogether... so take each workout as it comes, and when you do get time — smash out a killer workout! 💪 Courtney says: "It's easy to slip into an all-or-nothing mentality when it comes to diet and exercise. You worked out consistently for 4 weeks, missing one week does not negate all those previous weeks of work. Pick up where you left off and keep pushing your way through that program. The reward of finishing at the end, no matter how long it takes, will help you feel accomplished and motivated. Restarting 8 times because you weren't perfect will not! 80% dedication is plenty. This right here is a girl who meal preps but eats chocolate chip cookies. This is a girl who is injured but modifies to do what she can.
