If you know me or you've been following me for a while, you'll know that I LOVE training abs... and here are my all-time favourite ab exercises! Each one requires ZERO equipment, and you can find all of these in my BBG Zero Equipment program on @Sweat!
You can combine these exercises to get an amazing ab workout too! Here it is:
✅ Bent-Leg Jackknife - 15 reps
✅ Side Plank - 60 sec (30 per side)
✅ Mountain Climber - 40 reps (20 per side)
✅ Half Burpee - 15 reps
