新横浜ラーメン博物館(ramen museum)さんのインスタグラム写真 - (新横浜ラーメン博物館(ramen museum)Instagram)「【ラー博クロニクル Vol.32】 7年ぶりに実施された新ご当地ラーメン創生計画の第3弾は佐賀県の唐津市にスポットを当てて行いました😄 プロデューサーは第2弾に引き続き、支那そばやの佐野実氏。自身も最後のプロデュース（コンセプトから食材探し、味づくりまで）として全身全霊をかけてのプロデュースとなりました。唐津市は食材が豊富な地域で、ご当地ラーメンのような確立されたスタイルはないものの、古くからうどんを食す麺文化は存在します😎 特に塩マニアとしても知られる佐野実氏がほれ込んだのが玄界灘の塩「一の塩」。この塩を使った究極の塩ラーメンを作り上げます。その他、地元の食材として「和豚もちぶた」、「みつせ鶏」、国産小麦「春風」等を使用し唐津の幸が詰まった「玄界灘塩らぁ麺」が誕生しました。同時にとんこつの土壌のある九州ということもあり、「塩とんこつらぁ麺」も同時リリース。約7ヵ月の出店後、地元唐津に凱旋オープンを果たしました😀🍜 【店舗データ】唐津「らぁ麺むらまさ」創業:2009年ラー博出店期間 2009年9月17日～2010年4月4日次回は久留米「大砲ラーメン」さんです Ramen Museum Chronicle Vol.32 The third installment of the New Local Ramen Creation Project, the first in seven years, focused on Karatsu City in Saga Prefecture. In particular, Mr. Minoru Sano, who is known as a salt fanatic, fell in love with the salt from the Genkai Sea, "Ichi no Shio. He uses this salt to create the ultimate salt ramen. In addition, local ingredients such as "Japanese pork glutinous pig," "Mitsuse chicken," and domestic wheat "Harukaze" were used to create "Genkai Sea Salt Ramen," which is packed with the goodies of Karatsu. At the same time, "Shio Tonkotsu Ramen" was released at the same time, as Kyushu is known for its tonkotsu (pork bone). After about seven months of opening, the restaurant made its triumphant return to its hometown of Karatsu.
