LOWER BODY FINISHER
Who is ready for a Lower Body Finisher?! 🙋♀️
As most of you know, I have been focusing on my lower body strength during the Sweat Challenge. One thing that I have been doing at the end of most of my lower body AND full body workouts is a finisher. This has been a great challenge at the end of my workouts where I can really push myself. It also requires ZERO equipment so you can do this at home. 💪
So, If you are looking to increase your lower body strength like me, you can try this as a quick workout or add it onto your next lower body workout as a finisher!
✅ Lateral Lunge & Knee-Up - 24 reps (12 per side)
✅ Kneel to Jump Squat - 12 reps
✅ X Hop - 24 reps (12 per side)
✅ Skaters - 24 reps (12 per side)
Try to complete 2 laps!
