2 of the 7 day no sugar challenge! How are we feeling? 🤎

Eliminating processed sugars can have so many great benefits to your body and mind! Ofcourse it’s completely fine to enjoy sugars in moderation but for the purpose of this challenge I want to share some amazing benefits of reducing this for the week:

1. More energy - consuming high amounts of sugar can lead to energy crashes and/or feeling fatigue, by eating a low or no sugar diet you can help stabilize blood sugar levels and keep more sustained energy throughout the day.
2. Improved digestion - consuming too much sugar can slow down your digestion. By eating foods that are rich in fibers and healthy fats instead this can help your digestion.
3. Glowy & hydrated skin - by eating whole & nutrient dense foods your body is less likely to cause inflammation in big organs like your skin.
4. Better sleep - cutting out sugar can help keep your stress hormones more stable throughout the day and allow for better sleep at night.
5. Home cooked meals nourishes the soul - eating home cooked food instead of processed food can have an amazing impact on your overall well being!

It’s important to note that a no sugar diet should still include natural sources of sugar, such as fruits and vegetables, as these provide important nutrients that your body needs. ❤️
