What I Eat on a Day when I workout!

Every day looks different for me when it comes to what I eat but this is an example of some delicious recipes that I love!

One of the most important things I learned on my fitness journey is to eat enough protein! Protein is an essential nutrient that plays a big role in building and maintain lean muscle mass. This week I am doing a 7 Day No Sugar Challenge so all my dishes don’t have any processed sugars! I am on day 3 and already start to feel more energized!

Breakfast
- @nekohama matcha latte + oatmilk
- Oats with protein powder ( @ritual), peanut butter, hempseed, cinnamon & pinch of salt

Lunch
- Chickpea Mash Sandwhich with lettuce, red bell pepper & avocado

Snack:
- I love @strausscreamery greek yoghurt with blueberries

Dinner:
- Grilled Chicken bowl with spinach, couscous, snow peas and corn

+ lots of water 2-3 L
