Full Body Workout 🏋🏼♀️
After a few weeks off due to travel and illness, I’m finally back training and it feels so good! I kick started my return to routine this morning with a 30 minute (well 32 minute!) session:
✨ Circuit 1 ✨
➡️ Clusters
➡️ Elevated reverse lunges
➡️ Alternating half kneeling Arnold press
➡️ Bicycle sit ups
✨ Circuit 2✨
➡️ High burpees
➡️ RDLs
➡️ Batwing rows
➡️ Pulsing leg lowers
I worked in intervals of 40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest and repeated each circuit 4 times ☑️ #fullbodyworkout #dumbbellworkout #zvdworkout
