【パイロットから食べちゃう👽】コンポタ星からやってきた宇宙船蒸しパン🪐 Spacecraft Steamed Bun(Eng sub below)

コンポタ味の蒸しパンとも相性バツグンのかわいいソーセー人！

■材料
赤ソーセージ　10本
ちくわ　2本
コーン　10粒
黒ごま　20粒
パセリ　少々
《蒸しパン》
コーンクリームスープの素　1袋
ホットケーキミックス　80g
卵　1個
牛乳　50g
サラダ油　大さじ1/2

■作り方
1. ソーセージの長辺1/3に切り込みを入れ、切り込みと平行に両端も厚さ2mm長さ1cmの切り込みを入れる。沸騰した湯の中で30秒茹で、水気を取っておく。

2. ちくわは5等分にする。切り込みを入れていないソーセージ部分にちくわを刺し、ちくわの1/3部分に横に切り込みをソーセージにも少し切れるくらいいれ、ソーセージの切り口にコーンを埋める。ちくわは切り込みを広げる。

3. 蒸しパンの材料を全てボウルに入れ、混ぜ合わせる。

4. 木製の舟型に流し入れ、蒸し器に入れて、中火で2分蒸す。表面の生地が少し乾いたくらいで2をのせ、さらに10分蒸す。（竹串で生地を刺して、何も付いていなければ蒸しあがり）空いている部分にパセリを添える。

Ingredients:
* 10 red sausages
* 2 chikuwa (fish cake)
* 10 corn kernels
* 20 black sesame seeds
* A small amount of parsley
* [Steamed Buns]
* 1 packet of corn cream soup mix
* 80g pancake mix
* 1 egg
* 50g milk
* 1/2 tablespoon salad oil

Steps:
1. Make a 1/3 lengthwise incision in the sausage, and on both ends parallel to the cut, make 2mm deep, 1cm long incisions. Boil in boiling water for 30 seconds, then drain and set aside.

2. Cut the chikuwa into 5 equal pieces. Insert a piece of chikuwa into the uncut part of the sausage, then make a horizontal incision on 1/3 of the chikuwa and slightly cut into the sausage, filling the sausage’s cut area with corn. Spread open the incisions on the chikuwa.

3. Put all the ingredients for the steamed bun in a bowl and mix well.

4. Pour the mixture into a wooden boat-shaped mold, place it in a steamer, and steam on medium heat for 2 minutes. Once the surface of the dough becomes slightly dry, add the prepared sausages (Step 2) on top, and steam for an additional 10 minutes. (To check if it’s done, insert a bamboo skewer into the dough, and if it comes out clean, it’s ready). Garnish the empty spaces with parsley.
