I feel like we're in Love Island with the furniture and fire pits 😂 When we moved in it was a stone patio with steps going down to the house. I knew I wanted to create a more family friendly space. It makes my heart so happy seeing Alf running around in it playing in the house, but it still feels grown up we can enjoy it. I do wish our budget could have extended to some outdoor lights for the evenings, but they put the electrics in so we can add that in later if we want! ✨ I loved the idea of being able to walk outside from the double doors outside without having to step down into it so we raised up one side of it and tiled it all. That's now our dining and outdoor kitchen area. We went with porcelain tiles and I'm soooo happy with them. Our old ones would always get covered in moss and these are just so much cleaner! We got matte ones so they aren't slippy at all no matter what the weather. We got them from @rakceramicsuk (pr discount) We decided to go big with the outdoor kitchen so went with @grilloliving! We've got a fridge for drinks, and even a pizza oven. I love the idea of getting loads of toppings and sitting outside and letting the kids make their own pizzas before putting them in the oven . 🍕 With the flower beds, I wanted lots of wildflowers for the bees and butterflies as last year I spent my entire life running around with sugary water trying to revive them from our hard stone floor. It's sooo nice seeing so many in the garden now and it smells amazing with the lavender out! 🐝🦋 I'd say my favourite thing is the furniture from @mazeliving. I've had the sofa set for 3 years now and it still looks as good as new. It's totally weather proof - apparently it's the same material that they use on yachts! It means no more having to cover up the furniture or bring in the cushions when it rains! ☀️💙 Finally, I'm so glad we got the Sonos speakers built in. It's amazing because you can't really hear them from outside the garden but it's so nice to have music all around us. 🙏」7月26日 4時28分
