【夏といえば🌺】スイカのグラスゼリー🍉🥝Summer Watermelon

見た目もスイカなかわいいスイカゼリー♡

■材料
《赤ゼリー》
小玉スイカ　1/2個
ゼラチン　8g(40gの水でふやかしておく)
《白ゼリー》
カルピス　60cc
ゼラチン　2g(15gの水でふやかしておく)
《緑ゼリー》
キウイ　1個
グラニュー糖　30g
水　50cc
ゼラチン　5g(30gの水でふやかしておく)

チョコペン

■作り方
1. ゼラチンは混ぜる前に電子レンジで加熱し溶かしておく。
2. スイカを8個ボーラーで丸くくり抜く。残りは中身を取り出しておく。
3. 角切りにしたキウイ、水、グラニュー糖をお鍋に入れて火にかける。ふつふつしてきたら弱火で2分加熱し、火を止める。
4. 溶かしたゼラチンを加えてよく混ぜる。
5. グラスにキウイゼリーを流し込み、固まるまで冷蔵庫で冷やす。
6. カルピスに溶かしたゼラチンを加えてよく混ぜる。
7. キウイゼリーの上に流し込む。チョコペンでグラスにタネを描き、ゼリーが固まるまで冷蔵庫で冷やす。
8. スイカをミキサーにかけてザルでこし、タネを取り除く。とかしたゼラチンを加えてよく混ぜる。
9. スイカゼリーをカルピスゼリーの上に流し込む。固まるまで冷やす。
10. 最後にくりぬいたスイカを飾ったら完成！

Ingredients
Red Jelly
- 1/2 small watermelon
- 8g gelatin (soaked in 40g of water)
White Jelly
- 60cc Calpis (Japanese cultured milk drink)
- 2g gelatin (soaked in 15g of water)
Green Jelly
- 1 kiwi
- 30g granulated sugar
- 50cc water
- 5g gelatin (soaked in 30g of water)

Chocolate pen

Instructions:
1. Preheat the gelatin by heating it in the microwave before mixing.
2. Scoop out 8 small watermelon balls using a melon baller. Remove the remaining watermelon flesh and set aside.
3. In a saucepan, combine diced kiwi, water, and granulated sugar. Heat until simmering, then simmer on low for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
4. Add the melted gelatin and mix well.
5. Pour the kiwi jelly into glasses and refrigerate until set.
6. Mix the melted gelatin into the Calpis. Pour this mixture over the set kiwi jelly in the glasses. Use a chocolate pen to draw seeds on the glasses. Refrigerate until the jelly is set.
7. Blend the scooped watermelon and strain through a sieve to remove seeds. Add the melted gelatin and mix well.
8. Pour the watermelon jelly mixture over the Calpis jelly layer. Refrigerate until set.
9. Finally, place the scooped watermelon pieces on top for decoration.
10. Once everything is set, your dessert is ready!

Note: “Calpis” is a brand of drink, and “chocolate pen” refers to a type of edible pen used for decorating food.
