A glimpse into my daily life of running a wellness business! Running your own business means you are on an every day adventure haha. My days look so different every time. Sometimes I am on back-to back meeting and hours of computer work and sometimes it’s filming workouts and creating content- my schedule is ever-changing.

Yesterday, on the podcast, we dived into the art of finding balance. This year, I’ve been on a journey to find balance in all areas of my life! From work-life, relationships and self care. It’s a continues journey we are all navigating but I’m proud of the progress we’ve made!
