What I eat in a day on day 1 of our Budget- Friendly Mealplan!
Healthy meals don’t always have to be expensive as long you are strategic with your groceries and your meal planning. I am going to share this week some of the meals you can create when you are on a budget!
Breakfast: Greek yoghurt with banana & home made 5 ingredient Granola
Lunch: Crispy quinoa & peach salad w/ cottage cheese
