【秋のお弁当に✨】かぼちゃコロッケ🍂Spicy Pumpkin Cheese Curry Fries

中にチーズを入れたカレー味のスパイシーなかぼちゃコロッケ🎃🍛

■材料
かぼちゃ 1/4個
ひき肉 120g
玉葱 120g
インゲン 3本
カレー粉 大さじ1
牛乳 大さじ1
ミニカマンベールチーズ 60g
塩 適量
コショウ 適量
オリーブオイル 大さじ1
揚げ油 適量
《衣》
薄力粉 適量
溶き卵 1個
細挽きパン粉 適量

■作り方
1. 水にくぐらせたかぼちゃを耐熱皿に入れ、ラップをして600Wの電子レンジで約6分、竹串がすっと入る柔らかさになるまで加熱する。熱いうちにマッシャーで潰す。
2. フライパンにオリーブオイルを熱し、ひき肉を炒める。
3. ひき肉の色が変わってきたら、みじん切りにした玉葱を加える。玉葱が透き通ってきたら、カレー粉を加え炒め、塩、コショウで味を調える。
4. マッシュしたかぼちゃにひき肉炒めを入れ、混ぜ合わせる。タネが硬いようなら牛乳で調整する。
5. 粗熱が取れたら冷蔵庫で休ませる。
6. タネを一つ40g程度取り、真ん中にカマンベールチーズを包む。丸く形を整えバターナイフなどを使ってかぼちゃの模様をつける。
7. 薄力粉、溶き卵、パン粉の順に衣をつけ、180度の油でキツネ色になるまで揚げる。
8. 素揚げしたインゲンを上部に刺したら完成。

Ingredients:
1/4 pumpkin
120g ground meat
120g onion
3 green beans
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tablespoon milk
60g mini Camembert cheese
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
Frying oil, as needed
《Breading》
All-purpose flour, as needed
1 egg, beaten
Fine breadcrumbs, as needed

Steps:
1. Place the pumpkin in a heatproof dish, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 6 minutes, or until it’s soft enough for a skewer to go through easily. Mash while it’s still hot.
2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the ground meat.
3. When the meat changes color, add the finely chopped onion. Once the onion becomes translucent, add curry powder and sauté. Season with salt and black pepper.
4. Mix the sautéed ground meat into the mashed pumpkin. If the mixture is too firm, adjust it with milk.
5. Let it rest in the refrigerator once it has cooled.
6. Take about 40g of the mixture, wrap it around a piece of Camembert cheese in the center, shape it into a round ball, and use a butter knife to create a pumpkin pattern on the surface.
7. Coat with all-purpose flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs in that order, then deep-fry until golden brown at 180°C.
8. Once fried, insert the fried green bean piece into the top to finish.
