? Almond Cinnamon Granola ? 3 cups whole rolled oats, 1 cup almonds (whole or chopped), 1/4 cup melted coconut oil, 1/4 cup honey, 2 heaping teaspoons of cinnamon, 1/3 cup dried fruit. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Mix all the ingredients except the dried fruit, making sure the oats are coated in the oil and honey. Spread the mixture over a baking sheet. Bake for around 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
