Day 4 #bestrongin2015 is Vashishtasana, Side Plank. Doing this pose in the water was like the incredible sinking side plank, way harder than on a flat yoga mat. The key to this pose is to keep the core firm, the ribs tucked in, the shoulders engaged and avoid arching the back to compensate for lack of hip flexibility when lifting the leg.
