Day 6 #beSTRONGin2015 is jumping back from seated. This took me five years to start feeling good and I still have lots of room to get stronger and lift up higher. The most important thing if you're learning this movement is to bend your elbows and pitch your body weight forward to allow the backwards direction to happen.
