Look closely. What you see at first may not be the truth. Really I mean it literally. Look to the left in this post and tell me what you see just at the edge of the sea line. I know what I thought it was and I was wrong. I bet you can't guess what it really is. This optical illusion is a perfect example of the inevitable fallibility of our senses. What you think you know may not be the truth, but when the truth is revealed it is often so much more simple than what you thought it was. Check back later, I'll update the caption and tell you the answer of what that mystical speck really is. ? And the answer is..... A bird, the optical illusion created by the bird flying in line with the horizon makes it look like a whale breaching the surface or a speed boat, but it's a bird flying. Screenshot and zoom in, I had to zoom in a lot on the HD to see for sure. ?
