Chicken Skewers & Healthy Tzatziki Sauce
Healthy Tzatziki Sauce
1 Cucumber diced
1 Tablespoon Fresh Dill, diced
1 Garlic Clove,minced or Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon OliveOil or CoconutOil
1/2 fresh squeezed Lemon
Pinch of salt and pepper, to taste.
1-2 6oz Green Valley Organic Lactose Free Plain Yogurt. (Any plain Greek yogurt will do the trick)
Chicken Skewers
1/2 fresh squeezed Lemon
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Cumin
1/2 teaspoon Oregano
1/2 teaspoon Dill
Cut Chicken into bite size Pieces, Marinate in Lemon Seasoning Mix. Skew Chicken and Bake in 400degrees for 25-30mins! Serve with healthy tzatziki sauce. #Enjoy
