Today I flew to Sydney from Perth ✈️? and I promised myself I would workout as soon as I got to the hotel....I REALLY wanted to lay on the couch & chill as soon as I got here ? but got changed straight away and I took myself to the gym for a 30min workout (before I could let my brain talk me out of it!!) ?☺️ I did chin-ups and my arms are jelly!! But I feel awesome now and am SO ready for dinner ?? it's definitely going to taste better knowing I stuck to my guns!! ? #keepingmypromise
