Booty Burner ? Sumo KB deadlifts superset with pulses ? The main focus of this exercise is going super duper slow (minimum 3 seconds up, 3 seconds down), and pushing through your heels not your toes. With the pulses, try to do 15 reps at the bottom of the movement. I swear to god, the burn is so real!!! ?
