@mantraband @beachyogagirl @キノ・マクレガ― is Dolphin Plank. This is one of my favorite core and shoulder strengtheners. It doesn't stress the wrist and it prepares you for more challenging balances like Pinchamayurasana (the pose in the thumbnail). ?
