Leg day ? Today's workout at @thelomaxway ?? I warmed up with glute activation (see @thegirlgains for a video about that). 1️⃣ Bulgarian split squats - drop set. 8 reps super heavy. Drop the weight and do 8 more before switching legs. 4 sets.
2️⃣Superset: 12 single leg Romanian deadlifts each leg. 8 heavy reverse lunges each leg. 3 sets.
3️⃣ Superset: Wide leg press through heels 10 reps. Narrow leg press through whole foot 10 reps. 3 sets.
4️⃣ Superset: cable front squats (see video) 10 reps. Ball hamstring curls 10 reps. 3 sets.
?? Here you can see cable front squats. These are a great way to engage your core as the cable pulls you forward. It also allows you to go super low into the movement as it counterbalances you??
