Chin up check in ?? As you might be able to tell from my social media - my training has changed a bit recently after a chat with my coaches @alexjamesritson @lbp_adamwillis ?? I am currently dealing with fatigue and as a result I've been having trouble getting motivated to train. I have found that going to classes really helps to keep me on track - it's always easier when someone's shouting at you! ?? So at the moment I'm lifting weights around 3 times a week and going to 2-3 classes (5-6 training sessions a week total). My current favourite classes are @kobox and @phiitlondon ?? I haven't been as consistent with my pull up training, so I am pretty chuffed that I can still squeeze out 4 clean chin ups ? My energy is coming back and I hope to soon resume lifting heavy 5 times a week and smashing out some PRs ?? I just wanted to be honest with you and let you know that I'm not always 100% motivated and that's ok. What matters is how you deal with it, and I found new ways to get in the gym ??
