Exercise 2: Feet outside med ball to together v-up (it's WAYYY harder than it looks!) Exercise 3: take it and leave it sit up! Balance the med ball on your legs while you do a sit up! Exercise 4: med ball wood chops! 3 rounds of 40seconds each (each side too!
