The weakest part of my lift is always the pull... If you have the same problem then me or simply struggle with keeping the right position in the first pull you might want to do some of these!! Here I am doing finishing 5sets of 6pull at 70% of my 1rep max
1- arch your back
2- pull your shoulders back
3- high elbow
4- keep the bar close
