Today's Upper Body Workout! ?? (Double tap if you like reading full workouts so I know to keep posting them!) ? Today I focused on back and chest ??♀️ 1️⃣ Pull ups to failure - 4 sets 2️⃣ Push ups to failure superset with 10 x dumbells chest press - 4 sets 3️⃣ 10x wide grip Lat pull down superset with 10 x slow controlled decline cable rows - 4 sets 4️⃣ 10x barbell bench press superset with kettlebell push ups to failure - 4 sets 5️⃣ 10x T bar rows superset with 10 straight arm pull downs - 3 sets ... then I messed around with some handstands and stretched out! ?Wearing @adidasuk shot by @LydiaxCollins ? #ZVDWorkout #StrongZVD #GirlGains #StrongSquad
