Baby I'm back! ??? My food poisoning went as quickly as it came. 48 hours of bed rest and I'm back in business, yippee! I woke up feeling like a new woman this morning, so I headed to @f45londonbridge for a sweaty workout to kick start my weekend ?? Even though I felt good, I was still careful and modified a lot of exercises to lower the intensity. It just felt good to move my body again! ☺️ Now time to head for brunch.
