Pre-workout Flow ✌? Yesterday @thestrengthtemple took me through this movement series to help open up my hips and shoulders for our workout. These are my two tightest areas and are highly likely to be tight for you too! Here are some key points Richie noted: ➡️ In the squat position, push your legs wide to really open through the hips ➡️ Use your breath throughout the sequence - nice deep inhalations and exhalations ➡️ Be conscious in each stage of the movement, trying to open up your body a little more with each repetition ?? Try repeating this anywhere from 5-10 times before a workout. By increasing blood flow to the muscles and joints you will be using you will not only reduce the risk of injury but also help to support optimal performance! ??
