The reality is.... it's never going to be perfect Lol. The shift happens when you can change your mind and see the good in situations. Normally we get a glimpse of the left photo and see stretch marks and cellulite and we get super depressed. Honestly it's how I'm sitting and I don't care who you are and how in shape you look we all have unflattering angles. It's the mirror, the light, the angle it's my mindset too. The photo on the right is not posed it's just a different angle and look no cellulite no no stretch marks. I'm only focusing on the good, I'm only seeing the left photo and saying ohhh look at that little bit of quad separation and hip tie in ? _ When you look in the mirror how do you see yourself? Are you only looking at the things you don't like and letting that control your day and affect your mood? Are you beating yourself up? Are you constantly comparing your body to those on social media? From now on look at the good things you see in yourself and your body. Give yourself more credit for the effort your putting in. Self love is something we all struggle with but it's something we all could improve. _ When I was 18 I was obsessed with the cellulite on my legs to the extent I had Lipo done on the back of my legs. It made everything worse it created lose skin and there is no reversing that. It's gotten better over the years but I've struggled with cellulite since the age of 13 it's hereditary. Recently I've been able to significantly decrease it by using select products, working out, drinking lots of water and eating right. Most importantly I've changed my mindset I love myself and I love my body. I'm constantly trying to improve and I'm patient and giving myself credit for that. _ “for once, you believed in yourself. you believed you were beautiful and so did the rest of the world.” ― Sarah Dessen, Keeping the Moon #bodyimage #motivation #fitfam #challenge #love #perception #advice #selflove
