After strangling with extra weight and seeing your body changing I just didn't want to stop, I wanted to be more skinny, pple were suggesting to get more muscles and eat more but I didn't want to listen, I just wanted to be more skinny ?, sounds familiar? I cut out carbs, had fish every meal, did a lot of cardio etc, thank god I was smart enough not to put any substances to my body ?. One of the coaches put me on Keto diet and I started just disappearing, I also have lost my period and my sleep due to hormonal misbalance, I spoke about that earlier. But all I cared about at that time was to get leaner and leaner, I was too skinny and couldn't stop, now I look at this picture and I get scared ?, who is this, do I know this girl? It took me a while to realize that my health was more important and few years of studding how to do it right. I went back to balanced diet, excepted my current "womanly curvy" body, I'm not super lean, but perfectly healthy and happy. It also took me ONE YEAR to recover my health ‼️. I encourage you, please, be careful when you go too extreme with your diet?, your health is more important! If you want to transform your body, hire a coach who can help you to do it wisely.
