That concentration face ??? Seriously though, this is SUCH a good shoulder burner ? It's called a rep ladder, a technique @adamwillis_lbp taught me ?? Complete one full dumbbell shoulder Press, then a half rep. Then do a second full rep, and then TWO half reps. Repeat, adding a half rep each time! By the end you're doing 1 full rep followed by 8+ half reps. Ouch. ☠️ Aim for 8-10 reps for 3 sets and feel the FIYYAAAHHHH ?? Wearing @adidasuk ? #zvdworkout
