I’m baaaaack! ?? I’ve had the most wonderful Christmas with my family and now I’m on the train to London, returning to reality ? This is the first time I’ve ever done a proper digital detox and it was AMAZING. I actually switched off, which hasn’t happened in years. My mind felt so clear and I came up with SO many ideas for 2018 which I can’t wait to get started on. It felt like once the clutter was removed from it, my brain had the space to really think freely and create ? I also slept so much. So so much. Like 10 hours a night plus naps! My body clearly needed it ? Plus of course, I got to give my undivided attention to my friends, family and to myself. I watched movies with my mum, I went for walks with my dad, I cosied up in country pubs with friends and I read books in the bath. It was the dream ?? I hope this is the first of many digital detoxes as I think they’re so valuable, especially for those who live their lives online like myself ? Anyways - thank you for sticking with me! I’m gonna be posting infrequently between now and New Year, I want to keep it relaxed!
