Im going to be honest I wasn’t super motivated this week to train, but I still made an effort to get moving. Maybe it wasn’t my best but it was something. Tomorrow is a new day and all I can do is move forward. Hoping a week of lazy workouts means next week I’ll have the energy to go beast mode ??
