Full Body Weights ?? As I don’t get to lift as often as I used to, when I do I tend to end up doing full body sessions ? This is what I did yesterday: ➡️ 1a) Conventional deadlifts 4x6 1b) Tricep push ups 4x failure ➡️ 2a) Barbell squats 3x8 2b) DB Arnold press 3x12 ➡️ 3a) Barbell hip thrusts 3x12 3b) Single arm rows 3x8 each arm ➡️ 4a) Static Lunges 3x8 4b) Skull crushers 3x15 ➡️ 5a) Good mornings 5b) Seated incline DB curls ?? This workout is based around supersets of upper and lower body exercises to get the blood flushing around your body! ??
