Planet or Plastic? ? As you’ve probably gathered from my stories and posts out here in Bali I’m pretty passionate about fighting ocean plastic ? We’re dumping 18 billion pounds of the stuff into the sea every year and I’m doing my best to raise awareness of this issue ? That’s why I’m SO happy that @ナショナルジオグラフィック have done a plastic focused issue ?? It includes the most comprehensive review of our plastic crisis that I’ve ever read on paper ? It is informative, insightful and quite frankly heart breaking reading. Packed full of shocking photographs which perfectly illustrate the scale of the problem and detailed graphs and tables to help you get to grips with the stats ? As well as tonnes of information about how we can collectively work to tackle the problem ?‍♀️ I highly recommend giving it a read ? P.s. @natgeouk kindly offered to pay me a fee to do this post.
