I get a lot of questions about my training and energy levels, if you’ve seen my videos or know me you’ll know I’m always full of beans, energetic and motivated. I don’t drink coffee or fizzy drinks, just hot or cold water and lemon so I find focus and stimulation from pre-workout. Similar to the effects of drinking a coffee or redbull it wakes me up, gives me stamina and helps me to hit the gym with enthusiasm after working all day, looking after my two children, doing house chores and hitting the treadmill and weighs. My body becomes accustomed to preworkout the longer I use it which lowers its effects until I take a break and come back to it so I cycle different brands. At the moment I’m using @killerstacklabs in blue razz flavour which absolutely sends me into the stratosphere for energy and focus and I’ve not even got up to the maximum dose yet!
