For everybody asking about my recent surgery and how I’m getting on with my healing I think this picture sums it up - absolute extra! I flew out to Marbella for a rhinoplasty (nose job) 3wks ago with the luxury concierge @serenecosmetic_ who arranged all of my surgery, transfers, appointments, accommodation and 5* aftercare with world renowned plastic surgeon @dr._aslani and his amazing team at Cirumed and I’ve recovered like an absolute dream! As you can see I’m back at the gym (being careful to take it easier than usual) loving life and enjoying my new nose with zero scarring as it all took place via my nostrils. My breathing has improved enormously since having my deviated septum straightened and my facial swelling and bruising has finally gone, although the very tip of my nose will take the best part of this year to refine for my final results. It’s been absolutely life changing for me and I can not recommend these guys enough my darlings. The smallest changes have the biggest effect on happiness and body confidence and I believe we all deserve to have the body of our dreams, to look and feel our best in whatever shape and size we desire.
