A little over 4 months post op and I am feeling thankful for having a fixed shoulder. I’ve climbed (!) and I don’t feel the pain that I was dealing with during the entirety of 2017 and that makes me so happy. Working on getting my muscles back now ?? Thanks to @zgdicristino and @halleytheresa13 for pushing me and supporting me. ?❤️
