I’m always inspired by what our bodies can do. I love that while my arms have been shut down from climbing for the greater part of this year, my legs have taken over and brought me to beautiful places (like this spot). I love that my mind has also taken control and has allowed me to get creative and curious.
My arms are coming back and that state of flow I get while climbing is like no other I’ve found elsewhere. Thankful for climbing, strong bodies and minds, and beautiful places like this. And wonderful friends like @chellehoffman who is stoked to get into the alpine. ❤️
