今日の和菓子はねりきりで作った #照葉 です。
ねりきりとは白餡に餅や芋を混ぜて作った #和菓子 で
茶道 で使われる「主菓子」の一種です。
撮影 用に作成しました。
業界誌の製菓製パンに載せてもらいました。

in white bean.
Is a kind of "Jounamagashi" as used in the tea ceremony.
